For Pediatric Dental Patients:
Payment for your portion of professional services is due at the time dental treatment is provided. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and money orders.
About Dental Insurance:
If we have received all of your insurance information on the day of the appointment, we will be happy to file your claim for you. You are responsible for knowing the terms of your plan, as we will collect the estimated portion at the time services are rendered. Your additional responsibilities may include deductibles, rejected charges, and/or portions determined after the claim was filed. We file a majority of claims electronically, so your insurance company will receive each claim within days of the treatment. Although we will do everyting possible to see that you receive your maximum benefit, please know that we will expect payment in full from you if we have not received insurance payment within 45 days of treatment.
We are in-network providers with multiple insurance companies, but will file all of your claims regardless of your insurance plan. We are not responsiblie for how your insurance company handles its claims or for what benefits they pay on a claim. We are happy to assist you in estimating your portion of the cost of treatment, but since payment is determined by your insurance company upon receipt of a claim, the portion we collect from you is only an estimate, not a guarantee.

Financing your Braces:
The cost of treatment depends on the severity of the patient's problem. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets and also accept assignment of benefits from most insurance plans. We work hard to make orthodontics affordable so that you can achieve your perfect smile.
Fees:
In an effort to keep orthodontic fees at a manageable level while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established the following:
- If full payment is received at the onset of treatment, we will offer a fee discount. If you have insurance, we will offer a discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.
- To fit your individual needs, financial arrangements can be made to extend your payments over a period of months.
- For your convenience, we accept payment by Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
About Orthodontic Insurance:
We will help you determine the coverage you have available and will ask that you assign your insurance benefit to us. We will establish a payment plan to cover your responsibility. While we will assist you in every possible way with filing your claims, our relationship is with our patients, not their insurance companies.
